Logo, Pro and above

Upload at Settings → Branding → Logo. PNG or SVG, transparent background recommended. Appears on dashboard, exports, and guest-facing pages.

Custom subdomain, Enterprise and Agency

Auto-provisioned on signup as yourname.accolade.live. See custom subdomain.

Email sender, Enterprise and Agency

By default, emails from Accolade send from noreply@accolade.live. On Enterprise you can verify your own domain (SPF + DKIM) and emails will send from your address.

Removing Accolade branding entirely, Enterprise

Footers and "Powered by Accolade" badges can be hidden at Settings → Branding → White-label. Available on Enterprise and Agency only.

The Free plan runs a real event on the same codebase and the same database as every paid tier, so you can follow this guide against your own data.
