ACCOLADE vs ZERISTA

Zerista describes itself as “Your Smart Event Technology Solution” — an event app for conferences and trade shows, built around attendee networking.

The honest verdict

These two products solve different problems, and a straight feature score would be misleading. Zerista is a native attendee app: matchmaking, one-to-one meetings, a social feed, exhibitor lead scanning, RFID and gamification across a multi-day show floor. Accolade has none of that, and does not intend to.

Accolade is an awards and ceremony platform: nominations in, judging, winners, then the seating plan, the sponsors, the catering, the door and the run of show for one evening. If you are running a conference, Zerista is the right shape of product. If you are running an awards ceremony, we are.

ACCOLADE IS BEST FOR

Awards ceremonies, gala dinners and recognition evenings — where the work is nominations, judging, seating and production, not a show floor.

ZERISTA IS BEST FOR

Multi-day conferences and trade shows where attendees need a native app to find each other, book meetings and navigate hundreds of sessions and exhibitors.

  1. Zerista, product home page — https://zerista.com/. Checked 7 August 2026. Product positioning, platform support and app-store distribution, Smart Matching and Preferred Meetings, the social feed and messaging, the Leads App and RFID, sponsorship opportunities and ROI analytics, gamification and surveys, the admin console, and the absence of any pricing page or pricing link in the site navigation. Rows marked “not described on zerista.com” mean we read Zerista’s published product pages and the capability does not appear on them. It is not a claim that the product cannot do it.

This page previously stated a Zerista setup time, a Zerista hosting location, a per-event pricing model, and a set of “No” answers on nominations, judging, categories and winners. None of them could be traced to anything Zerista publishes, so they have been removed rather than softened. If you believe anything here is wrong or out of date, email hello@accolade.live and we will correct it and re-date this section.
