What each plan includes
Quick summary, full breakdown on the pricing matrix. Every figure on this page is read from the plan registry that enforces access, so what you see here is what your account will actually do.
The module catalogue is 41 modules in total. Each tier below lists the modules it unlocks and what it adds to the tier beneath it.

The 7 are: Dashboard, Categories, Nominations, Judging, Scoring, Winners, Settings.

Everything in Free, plus Letters, Guest List, Table Planner, Schedule, Tasks, Comms, Finance, Sponsors, Ticketing, Invoicing, Catering, Suppliers, Analytics, Users, Inventory.
Enterprise, £1,750/month

What the code grants, and what this page used to say
These four numbers were published by hand for a long time and did not match the registry. Both columns are shown rather than one being quietly replaced, because the difference is a set of pricing decisions, not a typo.
| Tier | Previously published | Enforced by the registry | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 6 | 7 | +1 |
| Professional | 21 | 22 | +1 |
| Enterprise | 38 | 41 | +3 |
| Agency | 39 | 41 | +2 |
The difference is accounted for by three modules that the registry grants but no published tier ever named: Scoring, which the registry treats as the other half of Judging and includes from Free upwards; Partnership Studio; and Events (multi). Counting those three explains every row.
One further note on Agency. The old wording said Agency was “everything in Enterprise plus multi-event console”, which is where its 39th module came from. In the registry as it stands, Enterprise is already granted the Events module — gating it produced an upgrade prompt on a screen you need in order to create your one event — so Agency and Enterprise unlock the identical module set. What Agency actually buys is the event limit: 4 events a year against Enterprise’s 1, enforced by event_limit rather than by module access. Extra events are £500/month each.
Open questions we have not answered for you
Two things on this page are genuinely undecided, and we would rather show you the question than publish an answer nobody has given:
- Partnership Studio is granted by the registry at Enterprise and above, but it has never appeared in any published tier description or on the pricing matrix. Whether it is an Enterprise feature, an add-on, or something else is not settled.
- Scoring is granted from Free upwards on the basis that it is part of Judging rather than a separate paid feature. That is a defensible reading, but it has never been published either way.
If either of these matters to a decision you are making, email hello@accolade.live and we will confirm in writing before you buy.
